By accessing and using Docuro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Docuro provides automated document generation services. We offer templates for legal and business documents that users can customize by answering questions. Documents are provided as PDF downloads.

3. Not Legal Advice

IMPORTANT: Docuro is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our documents are templates only. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

• We do not provide legal advice or representation
• No attorney-client relationship is created
• Documents may not be suitable for your specific situation
• You should consult a licensed attorney if you need legal guidance
• We are not responsible for the legal sufficiency of documents

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Each document costs $10 (USD) as a one-time payment. No subscription is required. Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a document has been generated and delivered.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating documents
• Use documents only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our Service
• Not use our Service to create fraudulent documents
• Review all generated documents carefully before use

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all templates, designs, and code, is owned by Docuro and protected by copyright laws. You receive a license to use generated documents for your personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our templates.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• Documents will meet your specific needs
• Documents are legally valid in your jurisdiction
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCURO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the document ($10).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Docuro harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
